Extension of Alexander Lühr's Executive Board contract; appointment of an additional Executive Board member 
 
Vienna, March 16, 2026. At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of EPH Group AG ("EPH") resolved to extend the term 
of office of CEO Alexander Lühr until April 1, 2027. 
 
In addition, Ms. Yasmin Wilfling, LL.M. (37), was appointed to the EPH Executive Board effective May 1, 2026, for a 
term of two years. A trained hotel manager, she holds two law degrees (Magistra iuris from the University of Salzburg 
and Master of Laws from the University of Vienna) and comes from a real estate company specializing in parking 
facilities. 
 
Upon the effective date of her appointment, Ms. Wilfling will be responsible for finance and accounting, taxes, banking 
and insurance, legal and compliance, human resources, and public relations, including press relations. Alexander Lühr 
will be responsible for business development, project development, marketing and sales, investor relations, and IT 
effective May 1, 2026.
